Challenge

The Actuaries Institute after 20 years in Martin Place Sydney decided it was time to reinvent their office. It was the aim that the tenancy advisor to select a number of options that were then ‘proved up’ for assessment by an overall feasibility into a short list.

Solution

Chris Osborne was appointed to work with the tenant advisor to assess the listed buildings to see which best suited the Actuaries, then Level 2,50 Carrington Street Sydney was selected as their preferred location. This area totalled 550sqm and planning allowed for general spaces and work points for 30 staff.

Result

We then provided full design and documentation for the fitout and presented to The Actuaries with detailed colour boards and furniture that met The budget and programme. The project was fully project managed and was completed in April 2014 and successfully met The Actuaries Institutes budget and critical time line.
